Requests for refunds will only be accepted if the item received is not as described / damaged. All items are second hand and will have general signs of wear, particularly for vintage and antique pieces with a long history (it's part of the charm!).

We will always note if there is something significant in the item's individual description. Please ask for more pictures or detail before confirming your purchase if you would like further information. 

Refunds are not offered for a change of mind or incorrect sizing. 

GEMSTONE VERIFICATION 

All gemstones have been tested using a Presidium Duo Tester II and are described to the best of our knowledge based on the results. Please note that while this tool can distinguish gemstone types, it does not identify whether a stone is natural or lab-created. For added assurance, any item listed over $1,200 AUD will be professionally assessed by a qualified valuer.
